  5. I have been using Reji’s personal training services (twice a week) for over 10 years. My father first introduced me to his personal training sessions, and I have been happy ever since. It is very difficult to find someone who has as much expertise and truly understands his clients along with what they are capable of doing. Personal training has been challenging for me due to the fact that I have always been afraid of heights. Reji understands when I tell him that I am unable to do something because of my fear and will adapt the workout so I am still able to incorporate it into my regimen.

    While working in the suburbs, I found it difficult to see Reji and was forced to use a different personal trainer at work for convenience. It may have been convenient, but I found myself struggling to get her to understand my capabilities and focus on my needs. I was so glad to be able to work with Reji again after my job ended.

    I am constantly in awe of how often the regimen changes. I don’t believe I have ever done the same workout regimen with him twice; Reji always incorporates something new. He doesn’t push you to take on more weight than you can physically handle in order to see greater results; he focuses on form and makes sure that you are performing the exercise correctly in order to avoid injury. On the same note, he oftentimes adds in stretches before and after the workout to eliminate any chance of injury.

    When I began seeing Reji over 10 years ago, I was depressed by how much weight I gained in jr. high school and needed motivation to change my lifestyle. Reji is exactly what I needed at the time and I have been able to maintain my weight with his assistance ever since. Whether your goal is to tone muscles, maintain weight, or lose weight, Reji will accommodate every session to your needs. You will not be disappointed!
